No ambitious road to cross, no traffic racket to retain you awake at night, just the instinctive sounds of the birds and animals that live in this charming riverine environment. Amongst many other varieties, you'll see kookaburras, whistling kites, pelicans and if you're lucky, regent parrots. Why not take a leisurely stroll along the meandering, designated walking trails to the main shopping precinct and other tourist attractions. Chris and Jane welcome you on arrival to the park and will aid in making your stay an enjoyable one. You can relax by the river reading a book, fish, watch the river float by and observe the bird life or get active on the river in a kayak, canoe or speedboat. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate will be supplied. Delight be patient, the calendar sometimes takes a insignificant while to load. Arrival and departure All accommodation tariffs are to be paid in advance and are not refundable behind checking. If reception is closed when you would like to check out there is a letterbox located exterior reception for boom gate and cabin key returns. Visitor’s vehicles are to be left in the vehicle park provided adjacent to reception. Excess vouchers are available from our Customer Service Team for as small as 5. Children under the age of seven years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult when visiting the showers and toilets. Speed limit In the interest of safety, the speed limit throughout the park is WALKING PACE only, not exceeding 10kph. It is prohibited to smoke internal or within 5 meres of any public building. Linen is provided for our Executive and Ensuite cabins and for the main bed in our Budget cabins. Minimum booking periods and high season Least stay of four nights applies over Easter while a three night least stay applies on long weekends and during exceptional events. Guests who fail to reach on the designated day or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternative arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night. BBQ facilities are provided in both the upper and below sections of the park for your convenience. As the dog owner (whether you have expressly agreed to or not), you assume liability regarding your dog being on our premises and indemnify us against all or any damages, all or any claims or other suites that may arise as a result of your dog being anywhere in our holiday park. Restrictions: Dogs are not permitted in any of the cabin accommodation, amenity blocks or communal areas and must be kept on a precede at all times. Vehicles We permit a maximum of one vehicle or one vehicle and one trailer per site cabin. We play our portion in the river’s conservation by minimizing our park water use, including the installation of water sensitive shower heads and featuring native and drought resistant plantings. To assist us in our water conservation efforts it would be appreciated that you minimize showers to 7 minutes and do not wash cars, boats or vans within the park.
